How do I reset my EyeSpy password?
From EyeSpy2020.com, press the green 'Login to my school account' button and then press the yellow 'Forgot password' button. Enter your email address, press 'Submit' and then follow the instructions provided in the email.
What are the minimum system requirements?
Any device that has internet connectivity and a web browser can be used to access EyeSpy2020.com We recommend the Google Chrome browser and device screens that measure 10 or more inches diagonally.
Can I get on-site training?
Yes! We offer free on-site training for schools and districts. Contact us to schedule a visit from our training team. Remember, all video training is built in to the system and available 24/7. In addition, we also offer remote training sessions if preferrable.
How often should I calibrate the system?
The system will inform you when screen size calibration is required. Typically the system will require calibration prior to first use and if the display size or resolution has changed.
